Click on Knowledge then Synonyms.
# What for ?
Synonyms can improve the knowledge of the chatbot but also the understanding of acronyms or abbreviations. (Example: CEO/Chief Executive Officer)
# How ?
Enter the word to which you want to add synonyms, click then on "+" to associate the different synonyms/acronyms.
# Example:
Synonym of vacation

The synonyms can be listed by alphabetical order or by creation date.

To synchronize the synonyms, click on "PUBLISH" at the top right of the page.
How to create a synonym
