# What is it?

The push campaign is way of communication which allows the chatbot to spread information within the company (for example share good practices and events): the chatbot starts the conversation with the chatbot.

The push communication is also a good way to promote the chatbot within the company

The push communication is supported in Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.

# How ?

  1. First, click on “Communication” then “Users Lists” to add user lists.

  2. Then, create a campaign to start your push communication. To this, click on “Communication” then “Campaign”
