What it is: Zero-duration checkpoints (e.g., Kickoff, Launch) that stand out on the timeline.

1. Click + Add task and name it (e.g., “Go-Live”).

2. Set Start = End (or toggle Milestone where available) → Save.

• Good to know: Use color 🎨 to categorize milestones (e.g., approvals vs. releases).
