# Planning and scheduling

  • Tasks and subtasks: build a structured plan and break work into subtasks. See tasks and subtasks.
  • Dependencies: link tasks with finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish, and start-to-finish relationships, with prompts to keep linked tasks consistent. See dependencies.
  • Progress and notes: track completion and add notes to each task.
  • Milestones: mark key dates as milestones. Premium.

# Views and organization

  • Timeline views: Hour, Day, Week, Month, and Year modes, plus zoom in, zoom out, and zoom to fit. See view and timeline.
  • Sort: order tasks from the column header menu, on all plans.
  • Filter: narrow the view to the tasks you need. Premium.
  • Task colors: color-code tasks by phase, owner, or status. Premium.
