# Meeting Scheduler
The Meeting Scheduler turns your Calendar Pro into a self-service booking page, similar to a Bookings page. You publish a shareable link, and your contacts pick an available slot themselves. Each booking lands on your calendar automatically, and you collect the contact details you need through a short form.
# Open the Meeting Scheduler
- 1
Open your Calendar Pro tab in Microsoft Teams.
- 2
In the calendar toolbar, click the More options (Β·Β·Β·) button.
- 3
Select Meeting Scheduler from the menu.
The Meeting Scheduler opens with four tabs: Booking page, Scheduling settings, Booking form, and Sharing options. Set up each tab, then click Save in the top-right corner.
# Set up the booking page
The Booking page tab defines how your booking page looks and who hosts the meetings.
- 1
Enter a Booking page title (required). This name appears at the top of your booking page, up to 70 characters.
- 2
Optionally add a Company name shown on the page, up to 70 characters.
- 3
Pick an Event color for the bookings added to your calendar. Click the colored square to open the color picker.
- 4
Choose a Duration for each slot, from 15 to 150 minutes in 15-minute steps.
- 5
In Hosts, search and select the people who will host the meetings. Selected hosts appear as avatars below the field.
# Set your availability
The Scheduling settings tab controls when people can book a slot with you.
- 1
Set the Time zone used to display and calculate the available slots.
- 2
Define your Business days and hours. Only slots that fall within these business days are offered.
- 3
Optionally choose a Public holidays region. Days that are public holidays in that region are excluded from the available slots.
# Choose the booking form fields
The Booking form tab lets you choose which information your contacts must provide when they book. Keep the form as short as you like.
- 1
Tick each field you want the booker to complete when they schedule a meeting.
- 2
Choose from Phone number, Company name, Job title, and Note.
First name, Last name, and Email are always collected and cannot be turned off, because they identify the booking.
# Share your booking page
The Sharing options tab gives you everything you need to publish your booking page.
- 1
Copy the scheduling link with the copy icon, then paste it in an email or a message. Anyone with the link can open the page and book a slot.
- 2
To embed the page in your website, copy the integration code, a ready-to-use iframe snippet, and paste it into your HTML.
A Copied confirmation appears each time you copy the link or the code.
# Save your changes
After editing any tab, click Save in the top-right corner. A success message confirms your booking page has been updated. If you leave the page with unsaved changes, you are asked to confirm before discarding them. Use the back arrow in the top-left corner to return to your calendar.
