# Find your Reminds Pro id

Every Reminds Pro instance has a Unique Identifier. You need this id when you contact support about a specific reminder list, set up a connector, or link Reminds Pro to another Teams Pro app. The id is read-only, so you cannot change it, but you can copy it at any time from the About dialog.

# Get the Reminds Pro id

    Open the Reminds Pro tab you want to identify.

    Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

    Select About from the menu.

  4. 4

    Copy the value shown under Unique Identifier.

Each Reminds Pro tab has its own Unique Identifier. If you use Reminds Pro in more than one channel or chat, open the About dialog from the specific tab you want, so you copy the correct id.
