# What's New in Gantt Chart Pro
The latest features and improvements in Gantt Chart Pro, the shared project timeline for Microsoft Teams. Because releases roll out continuously, the highlights below are grouped by capability rather than by date.
# Flexible timeline views π
Zoom your plan to the level of detail you need. Gantt Chart Pro supports Hour, Day, Week, Month, and Year view modes, plus Zoom in, Zoom out, and Zoom to fit so the whole schedule stays readable. You can expand or collapse task groups and step through time spans with Previous and Next.
Availability: all plans.
# Tasks, subtasks, and dependencies π
Build a structured plan with tasks and subtasks, then link them with dependencies (finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish, and start-to-finish). When a linked task moves, Gantt Chart Pro prompts you to keep the schedule consistent. Track progress and add notes to keep everyone aligned.
Availability: all plans, within the Free plan limits.
# Milestones and task colors π―π¨
Mark key dates as milestones and apply task colors to group work visually by phase, owner, or status.
# Filtering, sorting, and notifications π
Sort from the column header menu on every plan. Filtering narrows the view to the tasks you care about. Gantt Chart Pro also sends Microsoft Teams notifications to a task's participants when a task is added, updated, or deleted.
Availability: sorting and notifications on all plans; filtering on Premium.
# Export and reporting π€
Export your plan to CSV, Excel, or PDF for sharing and analysis.
