• Contact quick actions: start a chat, send an email, plan a meeting, or place a call directly from a contact card.
• Search and filter: find contacts by full name, job title, company, department, notes, groups, or address, and filter by group.
• Display modes: switch between Card, List, and Group layouts from the navigation bar.

Contacts Pro also includes, across its plans:

• Shared contacts and groups for the whole channel or chat, on every plan.
• Excel import and export with a downloadable template, available on Premium and above.
• Permissions that control who can add, edit, and delete contacts, available on Platinum.
