# Diagram Maker Pro - Get Started Guide

Diagram Maker Pro is an AI-powered Copilot Declarative Agent available directly inside Microsoft 365 Copilot. It helps professionals turn ideas into clear, structured visual diagrams using natural language — without switching tools or learning any diagram syntax. Diagram Maker Pro generates Mermaid diagrams instantly from your descriptions. It never modifies your data. Diagram Maker Pro may require activation or admin consent depending on your organization's setup. Once approved, it becomes available for authorized users.

# Prerequisites

  • Active Microsoft 365 Copilot license (required)
  • Access to Microsoft Teams or Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Admin deployment via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (for organization-wide rollout)

# Installation & Access

Diagram Maker Pro is available inside Microsoft 365 Copilot.

How to access Diagram Maker Pro:

  1. Open Microsoft Copilot
  2. Go to Copilot Agents
  3. Select Diagram Maker Pro
  4. Start describing your diagram

If Diagram Maker Pro does not appear, your administrator may need to enable it in the Teams Admin Center.
