# AI desk Pro Change Log

# Overview

This change log documents the updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements for AI desk Pro, a SaaS solution that integrates custom Agent capabilities into Microsoft Teams for enterprise users. The most recent changes are grouped by month; earlier changes stay grouped as bugs and user stories.

# September 2026

  • Dialog flow source references: a plain follow-up message sent after a dialog flow has finished no longer takes over the flow's source references. The end of a flow is now read from the dialog definition itself.
  • Adaptive Cards in Cockpit history: reopening a conversation from the Cockpit history now renders Adaptive Card answers as cards instead of raw JSON.
  • Long-lived Cockpit sessions: a Cockpit tab left open for a long time no longer stops working with a generic error message when its access token expires.
  • Oversized documents no longer stop indexing: a document too large to process is now skipped on its own and the rest of the batch keeps indexing. The skipped document still appears with the Ignored status described on the documents page.
  • Microsoft AppSource subscriptions: subscriptions created through Microsoft AppSource no longer fail at creation.
  • Expired Premium trial message: an expired Premium trial now shows its own message instead of a broken "Usage alert - 1%" pop-up.
  • Last 12 Months is a true rolling year: the Last 12 Months analytics preset now covers a full rolling year instead of 12 calendar months, which could be as few as 351 days. Comparison tooltips now show the year.
  • Push notification fixes: Company Communicator push notifications now record view and click tracking on the server, load their illustrations, size the modal to its content, mark author-only drafts with a Preview badge, and show message topics.
  • SharePoint sources are back in answers: between September 18 and September 21, 2026, SharePoint documents were left out of answers on Microsoft Teams, Webchat, and Cockpit because a permission check meant only for MCP callers ran on every channel. Answers given in that window were less complete than they should have been. The check now applies to MCP requests only.
  • Agent transfer carries over what it used to drop: a transfer now keeps published answers published on the destination, points a Start another question dialog step at the destination agent's own knowledge base, rewrites gallery and dialog image URLs for the destination agent and tenant, and copies the dialog feedback configuration, SharePoint page file metadata, the Webchat forced sign-in setting, and the sensitive content filter setting.
  • Transfers no longer fail at the final phase: a transfer whose source agent held leftover answer vectors from a question published twice at the same moment no longer fails while indexing; those stale vectors are skipped. Publishing a question now runs one publication at a time, so the leftovers are no longer created.
  • Transfer banner on its own pages: the transfer-in-progress banner no longer repeats on the transfer history and progress pages, which already show that status. It still appears on every other page of the agent.
  • Usage statistics count real activity: the distinct users tile now counts the users active in the selected period, the same way the users-per-day chart does, instead of counting only the users whose chat session was created in that period. The monthly Excel export no longer drops the last day of the month, so it agrees with the General statistics dashboard.
  • German labels left in French: three labels now read in German instead of French: the distinct users tile on the usage statistics dashboard, and the New badge and the Use action in the prompt gallery.
