You can chat, call, send an email or schedule a meeting with a contact through two options.

First option: You can click on the respective icons displayed on the Contact Card.

Second Option: You can click on the desired contact and then click on the drop down arrow next to the Start Chat option, which will display different methods to connect with a contact.
