This can be done with the help of the admin who has credentials for the organizational level admin center. They can give grant or permission to the third party application and this shall be solved.

Also, normally you can refresh the apps and it asks for the consent again. In worst case you can disconnect your Microsoft account and reconnect to open your calendar and then the application ask consent again which you can grant.
